Do you ship worldwide?

Currently we are only offering free shipping with tracking to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Standard Shipping Times:

United States: 5-11 business days

United Kingdom: 5-10 business days

Canada: 5-10 business days

Australia: 7-12 business days

Ireland: 7-10 business days

New Zealand: 7-10 business days

Processing Times: In order to ensure the highest of quality for our products shipped to you, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order before your items are shipped. During the time that your order is being processed, we inspect all pieces of your order to ensure the highest of quality for you and your pets.

When your items are dispatched, you should receive a notification email from us providing you with a tracking number. If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, that's no problem. Contact us and we will promptly fix the problem for you!

***While we do our absolute best to deliver your order within the stated timeline, in some cases there may be shipping delays outside of our control due to Covid-19 and shipping is subject to courier logistics. We are not responsible for these delays and we appreciate your understanding during these unprecedented times.
